After studying Accountancy and Management at University, Chris moved to Portugal to work in a boutique hotel. From what was initially a summer job, he ended up staying for 6 years and worked his way up to the position of Hotel Manager – and subsequentially achieved the no.1 rank on Tripadvisor out of the 549 hotels in the Algarve! In early 2013, he discovered the exciting prospect of developing Eastington Park as a wedding venue and jumped on the first flight back. Chris is extremely proud of his business but is always trying to find ways to keep improving the venue to ensure all our couples have the perfect day. Chris lives in Eastington village with his wife and 4 young children, where he enjoys refurbishing his home and walking our four legged EP team member, Finley, the cocker spaniel!
Jen achieved a first class honours in International Tourism Management at University and then landed a dream internship in sunny Mauritius, learning the ropes of Events and Guest Relations. After returning to the UK, she started running teams at many well-known events, such as Cheltenham Races, Wilderness Festival and Badminton Horse Trials. However her true calling and passion was for weddings! Jen has been part of the team here at Eastington Park for over 5 years, first as a Wedding Manager and now as our Operations Manager! Highly organised, experienced and with a calm presence; Jen is the perfect person to have behind the scenes making sure everything runs perfectly for our couples . Jen likes to spend her free time baking, discovering coffee shops and walking her Cocker Spaniel, Milo!
Phaedra graduated from university with a first class honours in Fashion and Textiles, before starting her career in the wedding industry! She has spent the last five years working as a Wedding Manager, bringing a refined eye for detail to every wedding she runs. With a strong creative background and a calm, professional approach, she ensures each wedding is flawlessly planned and carried out exactly as per her couple’s wishes! In her free time, Phaedra likes long walks with her dog, skiing and is also busy planning her own wedding in 2026 too!
With over 15 years of experience in the wedding industry, Gemma brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity, and calm professionalism to every wedding. Known for her organisation and down-to-earth nature, she ensures every detail runs smoothly while keeping the process fun and stress-free. When she’s not at work, Gemma enjoys spending time with her daughter and getting hands-on refurbing her home!
After graduating from university, Naomi moved overseas and worked at both Disneyland Paris and Disneyland Hong Kong where she spent several years as a performer! After moving back to England, she knew she wanted to be involved in events, particularly weddings, and she now has a wealth of experience in the wedding sector. Creative, with great attention to detail and fantastic energy (particularly if a Disney song comes on!) she is very much at home at EP, ensuring our couples have their dream wedding exactly as they wished!
Lily achieved a 2:1 degree in Event Management and has been working for over three years as a Wedding Manager. With a keen eye for detail and a naturally calm and warm approach, she ensures every wedding is carefully planned and runs seamlessly. Lily’s thoughtful nature and dedication to organsing beautiful, stree-free(!) weddings make her a valued and reassuring presence for couples throughout their planning journey and on the day itself. In her free time, Lily enjoys long walks in the Cotswolds with her friends and going to see the latest musical!
