Eastington Park Wedding Venue in Gloucestershire is an exclusive-use, award-winning manor set in stunning countryside. The venue consist of elegant interiors, 8 acres of picturesque gardens, and on-site accommodation, Eastington Park offers the perfect setting for your dream wedding in a relaxed and private environment. The Eastington Park includes three options for wedding guests: the main house with 33 en-suite bedrooms, “The Lodge” for pre-wedding celebrations, and The Lazy Goose Bed & Breakfast, all ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.

The Venue

Accommodation at Eastington Park has 33 bedrooms, including our gorgeous Honeymoon Suite, and can accommodate up to 72 people overnight – with additional z-beds and cots available for children and babies. With a selection of double rooms, twin rooms, family rooms and even a single room, there is something for everyone at the Eastington Park accommodation! Breakfast is included in the room rates and is served between 8am and 9am downstairs in our ballroom. Bedrooms can only be booked by your guests. Therefore, unlike a hotel, the only people staying will be your friends and family!

Check-in is from midday, with the latest check-out by 10am the following morning. Any cancellations made more than 7 days before check-in will receive a full refund; cancellations less than 7 days before will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, no refund can be given for cancellations less than 48 hours before check-in.

The Lodge

The Lodge is a beautifully appointed, self-catered gatehouse located at the bottom of our breathtaking tree-lined driveway, right at the main entrance to Eastington Park. Exclusively yours and included in our wedding venue hire at no extra cost, The Lodge sleeps up to 10 people, so there’s no need to worry about getting to the venue on time. It’s the perfect way to start your wedding celebrations!

We’ve created a stunning, modern space with everything you and your guests need for the night before and the morning of your special day. In addition to our stylish, comfortable bedrooms, you’ll enjoy scenic countryside views, a large and luxurious make-up area, and a fully equipped kitchen and living space, ideal for a relaxed gathering and evening meal before a restful night’s sleep and easy breakfast. And if more guests want to stay, the Eastington Park accommodation can welcome up to 72 people overnight.

The Lazy Goose

The Lazy Goose is the newest addition to the Eastington Park family, which we welcomed into the fold in February 2024. Located just 2 minutes from Eastington Park, we have converted the old King’s Head into a brand new, gorgeous Bed & Breakfast and Coffee House. After an extensive refurbishment, The Lazy Goose now has 7 fantastic ensuite bedrooms, which are available for you and your guests to book directly through our website.
 
The Lazy Goose is the newest addition to the Eastington Park family, welcomed in February 2024. Just a 2-minute drive from the venue, we’ve transformed the former King’s Head pub into a beautifully refurbished Bed & Breakfast and Coffee House. You can book The Lazy Goose directly online for your wedding guests to enjoy 7 stylish en-suite bedrooms. While one wedding party stays at The Lodge, the other can settle into The Lazy Goose. Ideal for the night before the wedding or as convenient overflow accommodation afterward. Enjoy artisan coffee, tea, pastries, cakes, sourdough toasties, and more, making it the perfect place to relax before your ceremony or recharge before heading home. Just a 2-minute walk from Eastington’s beloved local pub, The Badger, The Lazy Goose lets you connect with others and enjoy everything our village has to offer. Trust us, The Lazy Goose has it all!
Terms and Conditions for Eastington Park bookings

By making a booking you are entering an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below:

  • Prices: The price of the accommodation at Eastington Park includes the following: Car parking, use of wireless internet access, electricity, linen, cleaning, hot water and central heating. You must make the full pre-payment at the time of the booking.
  • Reservations: You must give us payment details for any reservation at the time of booking. We will take your credit/debit card details (which must be valid beyond the date of your intended stay) and you authorise the use of this card for any sums that become due to us. You may change your reservation at any time prior to your arrival (subject to the cancellation provisions set out in the clause below). We will use all reasonable endeavours to accommodate your requested changes, although we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate such changes.
  • Cancellation: If the booking is cancelled 14 days before check-in it is free of charge, less than 14 days but before 2 days before check-in the charge is 50% of total. Cancellations made less than 2 days before check-in will be charged at 100%.
  • Check-in and check-out: Your accommodation will be available to you from 12pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Your room key can be found on the check-in desk in the Entrance Hall on arrival.
  • Damages and Breakages: Please take care when staying in our property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages, which you cause, to the accommodation or its contents. All we ask is that you report any incidents as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant and malicious.
  • Breakfast: We include breakfast in the room rate.
  • Liability: We do not accept liability for any damage, loss, or injury to your party, vehicles, or possessions—unless our own negligence or that of our employees or contractors during their work causes it.
  • Privacy Policy: We store any data we collect during your booking on our computer systems. With your permission we may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers. We will not share your details with any third party.
